With a view on the lake, between the plane trees and the lighthouse, a wellness break adapted to the rhythm of the seasons is proposed by Natachafaitduyoga once a week. The sessions, benevolent, regenerating and accessible to all, invite you to connect with your inner state, take care of yourself and recharge your batteries.
Through movement, conscious breathing and meditation, the practice harmonizes the body, honors the present moment and increases vital energy. Return to sensation, awakening of the body, release of the breath, and relaxation are on the program before or after swimming.
